Hi, my name is Angie. I have a background that includes an academic degree in Exercise Science and an MSc degree in Exercise Nutrition. Moreover, my professional background includes two internationally recognised professional credentials through Europe Active (EREPS). I offer customised personalised coaching designed to let you work out on your own and personally developed by me to target your most important fitness goals. My aim is to help you build a body that you are proud of and educate you about fitness and nutrition, by making your fitness journey achievable and enjoyable. First, Angie will offer you a free consultation in which you will talk about your goals and your lifestyle. She will also assess your body composition and fitness level to understand your metabolism and set a baseline point.
Afterwards, Angie will send you a questionnaire to fill in. You need to answer some questions about your eating habits, current training routine and lifestyle. This way, Angie will understand your food likes and dislikes, and your training preferences.
On the basis of the data gathered by the completed forms, Angie constructs a unique plan just for you, based on your metabolism, lifestyle and goals. After that, you are ready to begin. Be sure that your coach will be on your side during your fitness journey.
