I've decided to change the day of the class from the next week, as most of you are not available on Wednesdays.
So the new day for the class will be Sunday at 10.00am! I hope that works better! Not too early, not too late, so you can sleep, join the class and then enjoy your friends/family :)
I was also thinking to do a stretching, instead of HIIT. As all of you train super hard by doing your plan from Truecoach, and not many of you do your stretching routine (I feel you :P, I dont like stretching as well!)
