- WORKOUT (DJ Theony will play music for us) - Time: 12.45-13.45
After our workshop, it's time to pump up the volume and get moving! Join us for a high-energy power workout set to music. Let's lift and smash it together!
- STRETCHING (Instructor Françoise) - Time: 13.45-14.30
