New runners, first-time racers, or anyone looking for a clear, professional plan.

Premium Membership - £149 per month (minimum 3-month commitment)

​Designed for runners ready to take their training and performance to the next level. The Premium Membership offers enhanced support, accountability, and holistic guidance to help you reach your full potential.

What’s included (everything in Basic, plus):

  1. Weekly check-ins with detailed feedback and adjustments

  2. Premium TrainingPeaks account with advanced analytics

  3. Nutrition guidance to support performance, recovery, and body recomposition

  4. Personalised strength and lifting plan

  5. Dedicated accountability coach available Monday to Friday

  6. Chat support from Monday to Friday (8.00-16.00)

  7. Habit Coaching

Step 1: Personalised Onboarding

Once you sign up, we gather detailed information about:
-Your fitness level & experience
-Any injuries or mobility restrictions
-Your race goals
-Your current lifestyle & habits

Step 2: Get Your Custom Plan

-A fully customised running plan based on your goals.
-A personalised nutrition strategy to help you, improve performance, accelerate your recovery, lose fat and build muscle efficiently (available only with the premium membership)
-A structured habit-coaching approach to keep you consistent and motivated

(available only with the premium membership).

Step 3: Daily Accountability & Expert Support

-Your Accountability Coach checks in with you every weekday (Monday-Friday) to keep you on track.
-Weekly check-ins with your coach to assess progress and make adjustments (
available only with the premium membership).
-Unlimited coaching support from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday-Friday) to answer questions and provide modifications (
available only with the premium membership).
