HOW DOES IT WORK?

THE APP

In the app, you’ll have all your workouts, notes, and progress conveniently in one place. You can also message your coach with any training questions, and you’ll have access to a group chat where you can connect with the other athletes and ask questions.

WORKOUT ANYTIME

You’ll be able to book the small-group training slots through your app (maximum of six women per session), but if you can’t make a scheduled slot, you’ll have the flexibility to go to the gym at a time that suits you and complete your workout independently. Each workout includes exercise videos and step-by-step instructions to guide you.

THE GROUP SESSIONS

The structure of the group sessions is as follows: Tuesdays focus on legs, Wednesdays on pull, and Thursdays on push. Each session is limited to a maximum of six women. During the first 15 minutes, the coach will demonstrate and explain the technique for the exercises you’ll be performing that day. Each athlete will have her phone with her to log her lifts in her personal profile within the app. After the initial demonstration, athletes will pair up and begin their programme on the gym floor. The coach will move around the room to supervise technique and provide support, as each athlete may be using different equipment at different times.

NEW MONTHLY PLAN

Every month, your coach will update the group training programme to ensure continued progression and variety. While everyone follows the same structure, the workouts are adapted to suit different experience levels, and you’ll still be able to track your own individual progress through the app.

NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE

Your coach will provide a nutrition plan along with tailored macro recommendations to support your performance and recovery. Together, you’ll ensure you’re fueling your body correctly to lose fat, build muscle, and feel stronger, healthier and more energised.

MONTHLY FOLLOW-UP CHECK-IN FORM

The monthly follow-up check-in form helps you stay on track with your progress. During each check-in, you can ask questions, discuss any challenges, receive guidance, and ensure you’re continuing to move toward your goals.

EDUCATIONAL AREA

If you understand how your body works then you will be able to maintain a healthy lifestyle forever! Your coach will teach you things about training, nutrition and mindset through the Level Up educational area.

COMMUNITY HUB

Get support from your "IRON QUEENS" team, share ideas, give motivation, answer questions, give tips but also support each other through your fitness journey. We are a team and together we will level up our results and achieve our goals.

Cancellation Policy
Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or missed sessions will be charged in full.

Refunds & Membership Cancellation
No refunds will be issued after the membership is purchased.
You may cancel your membership with one week’s notice.
