Welcome to the "Iron Queens" lifting club! Our 60-minute Powerlifting Sessions are tailored to help women unlock their true strength.

With a maximum of 6 women per class, Coach Angie will guide you through mastering essential lifts like bench press, squat, deadlift, and bodyweight exercises such as pull-ups.

 

This small-group format ensures individualized attention, technique support, and an empowering environment designed to boost your confidence and performance.

These sessions are not suitable for individuals with joint injuries.

Women of every fitness level are welcome.

 

Please Note: Participants must be members of The Gym Group Charing Cross, as session fees do not include gym membership costs. If you’re not yet a member, please purchase a membership first through the box below:

Tuesdays: 7.00-8.00

Cancellation Policy

Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed sessions will be charged in full.

 

No refunds

No refunds will be issued after a session or a pack is purchased.
