“I was always skinny. I want to build muscle and gain weight. Is that possible?” Of course, it is! My client Tom needed direction in terms of training, nutritional guidance and support to make his goal reality. If you want to build muscle, you need to focus on resistance training, nutrition and sleep. Tom made it, he educated himself in terms of training and nutrition and now he knows how to lift and eat properly.

   My client’s results after 6 weeks of training! His lovely partner contacted me before 2 months and she explained that her partner wants to train, but does not have time as he works 12-15 hours per day. So, I built a training plan that fitted to John's schedule. He was training twice a week at his home, always late at night, and for this amazing couple, there were no excuses!

The point is to adopt fitness and nutrition into your lifestyle. And not your lifestyle into your nutrition and fitness! YES, you can have a social life, you can be busy at work, and at the same time, you can lose weight! All you need to do is to follow some strategies and techniques that work for you and educate yourself about your body.

This great guy wanted to get ready for his wedding day! However, his initial goal was to lose some fat and improve his fitness for a better life quality! Our plan was to focus on his training form and get a better understanding of nutrition. He needed only 8 weeks to achieve his goal. However, our coaching journey finished but his fitness journey just started! Well done Callum!

Kristof is a cyclist and he always wanted to build some muscles on his upper body. He started hitting the gym on the top of his cycling training, and our main goal was muscle hypetrophy. Kristof focused on his diet, learned more things about lifting and nutrient timing strategies to accelerate his success.

What can I say for this lovely person who followed the plan with no excuses?! That is toughness and I admire you! I remember when she first came with her husband! They wanted to lose some body fat and improve their life quality, and they made it in just 3 months!

I remember that the initial weight that Anthony could lift on the dumbbells chest press was 20kg and now his PB is 64 kg! He is stronger, more muscular and his confidence level is very high. But how he achieved this physique? It was a combination of nutritional guidance, structure, support, accountability and discipline!!!

This is my lovely online client Chara! This amazing girl lost 10kg in only 12 weeks! I would like to mention that she went on holidays for 4 weeks, during her fat loss journey, and we managed to stay on track! So inspiring!

Kam is one of the busiest women I know! She decided to change her life and she did it. Her main goal was to get strong and improve her life quality. And she did it. She improved her strength by 60%, she built muscle and she lost 10kg of body fat!

Audrey as a climber wanted to get stronger and have better muscle recovery.. I just made her personalised training and nutritional plan, she did whatever I asked, and there she is... 3.2% of body-fat less with better performance and more muscle mass after 5 weeks. 

Demi is an amazing mum of two little ones. She asked help to lose the baby fat and we made it!!! She lost 6.5kg in 12 weeks, but it is not just this! She now feels: More confident, stronger, proud of her body, she knows how to treat her body and how to maintain her weight.
